So, I was out in the kitchen packing my lunch for work and heard Griffin giggling. I walked in and found this! What a rarity!!! Bailey is making strides with Griffin FINALLY! Griffin loves his Bailey!
This is what has helped Bailey "adjust" alittle more to Griffin :)
Giggling like crazy!
Hi Mom!
Playing with my music table...oh how I love to dance! I even have a favorite song that it plays! It doesn't matter where I'm at in the room or what I'm doing, if it's playing, I'm dancing to it! (Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Moore)

Hi everybody!

Baby belly at 17 weeks
Baby belly at 16 weeksLoving this video! Had to share!

Griffin is 42 weeks old today and Momma is 18 weeks pregnant with peanut #2. Griffin has become even more fascinated with our dog, Bailey. However, most of you know, Bailey has not adjusted to him very well at all. Yesterday and today, however, I walked in to see Griffin petting Bailey. Griffin was just giggling like crazy and Bailey was laying there allowing it. I was so shocked! It was like the best day ever in the Anderson home! :) Griffin is also very into dancing. If there is music on, he's usually dancing to the tune. It's so cute and gets a chuckle out of Mommy and Daddy every single time. Nate played the guitar at church this past week and he was practicing a couple of different times. Griffin just stopped what he was doing and swayed back and forth to Daddy playing. It was too cute!

We are currently seeking out some testing for Griffin regarding some health issues. We had a blood draw this morning and probably more to come soon. We're praying for wisdom and discernment on what to do and where to go from here.

I think that's all for now. Feel free to drop us an email with an update on you/your family!

Blessings!

Joy (Nate, Griffin, Bailey, and Peanut #2)

40 weeks and 16 weeks

Well, another update from the Anderson family! Griffin is 40 weeks old today! and Momma is 16 weeks pregnant with peanut #2! I definitely have a much bigger pooch this time around than when I was pregnant with Griffin. Time sure is flying!

There isn't a day that goes by that Griffin doesn't make us laugh and smile. He is such a character! He has a new face he makes and he says "Ooo!" while doing it. He looks like a little monkey. I also forgot to mention in the last update that he got his 1st tooth on Christmas Eve! You can see his pearly white in some of the below pictures. Over the last few weeks he's really become a Momma's Boy and this Momma LOVES it! The other day I walked in the front door from work and Nate was holding him...he reached out for me, but I had to put my work bag, purse, and lunchbox down along with taking my coat off. So, I said hello and walked passed him and he totally had a meltdown. So, I said, "Ok...Momma doesn't have to take her coat off yet!" and he reached for me and I loved on him while sweating in my coat! The sacrifices you do for your child(ren). :) He is standing some on his own...exploring more and more (which correlates into getting into EVERYTHING). He has a new love---Ritz crackers. He loves his babysitter, Dara and has a blast playing there. Also, Nate and I are learning Griffin isn't Griffin without a bruise on his face! So much for 9 month pictures anytime soon with this bruiser! :) Here are some pictures that we've taken over the last week. Enjoy!
Love,
The Anderson Fam :)

Griffin at his 9 month checkup weighing 18.12 pounds and 27 1/2 inches long (50th percentile for his height and 25th percentile in his weight)
This picture was taken last week...such a handsome lil' guy!
One of his favorite things to do now is climb the stairs (of course with Mom or Dad right behind him) and putting his head through the railings...the best is when he makes his new face and says, "ooo" because he looks just like a lil' monkey at the zoo!
Happy happy happy boy!
We took our friend, John out for pizza and then came back for ice cream and this is what happened! Nate and I were having a conversation while eating our ice cream saying how we'd probably wait a few more months to buy a new dining room table (we have made some BIG purchases lately that include a furnace, van, and washer/dryer) and literally within 30 seconds the chair John was in broke! Another one the next morning!
Griffin and Nate giving John the fist bump!
What a little cheeseball! He crawled into this tub all by himself and was so proud! He just sat in there and played!
Big stuff!
Ornery!
Handsome lil' Addidas man! Makes my heart melt!!!
Momma and G-Man!
Love love love this boy!!! Bruises and all!
He is such a ham!
Riding his zebra in style!
