Hello! I realize it's been awhile since I've last posted. It's not as easy to update this as it was when I was pregnant. I have a little guy stealing my heart and I can't resist pulling away from him sometimes. Griffin is so much fun. He's starting to "talk" more and more and he's thrilled to stick out his tongue. I'm thinking he may be good at Spanish because he can roll his tongue very well! :) Over the last week and a half we've been trying rice cereal and peas. He thinks he's big stuff sitting in his highchair with the big people. He mostly spits it all out, but hey...he definitely gives it a good try! He's full of smiles and has even started to laugh. I have to say, a baby's laugh is the most beautiful sound on this earth...it's so pure and genuine. We don't think it's our imagination...we think he has said, "hi" and "da-da" a couple of times. Maybe on accident, but hey that's what we heard. :) He loves laying on the floor kicking and throwing his arms all over. He loves to read books. He is very alert and observes all he can (we call him the neighborhood watch in training). He enjoys his bouncy seat, swing, exersaucer, and he's still thinking about liking his jumperoo. We decided last night he just plain enjoys life! He's such a happy, go-lucky baby and we are so blessed to be his ma-ma and da-da!

Wedding pics and just hanging out at home...

Last Friday I had the honor of being a bridesmaid for my good friend, Jess. So, we were able to capture a couple family pictures. Griffin even got to dance with mommy and daddy! I also added a few pictures of us hanging out at home. What a strong little boy we have! He has gotten very good about holding his head up. He thinks he's big stuff! He's just discovered the mirror and oh how he loves to look at himself and smile. It's priceless! We're so in love with this precious lil' being!

3 months old and lots of pictures to share!

How crazy it is for Nate and I to know Griffin is 3 months old today! My how our life has changed! It's hard to imagine what life was like before Griffin arrived. Well, in a sense, it's not. We could just run out the door when we wanted to...we could go to bed when we wanted...get up when we wanted to on the weekends...eat dinner together...pull out of the driveway without making 3 trips back to the house...and on and on and on. We sure wouldn't trade these last 3 months for anything! Griffin is an amazing addition to our family and of course, we love him with all that we are! Enjoy the precious pictures! Much love!
